Suggest Remedy For Scars And Acne On Back With Oily Skin And Large Pores

I have acne, I have tried a lot of lotions, creams and antibiotics, but nothin works. I have very oily skin, visible balackheads, and large pores. I have tried every thing, facial, proactiv, scrubs but nothing works. I am so frustrated, because its embrassing as i go to college. I also have severe scars and acne at the back
