Suggest Remedy For Scars From Keloids

If you already have keloids in several different places of the body and therefore know that you easily develop these, yet have not gotten keloids after one surgery (armpits) what is the chance of getting keloids in those same scars (in the armpit) when doing another surgery and cutting up those same scars that did not create keloids the first time?
