Suggest Remedy For Scars On Face Skin

I got a three, 1 inch black burn marks on my face after my first laser session of facial hair removal yesterday, its not burning on touch but seems a bad scar..i am worried...which ointment to apply?i am prescribed kojiglo gel,carofit ultra ,elyn cream and melalong ,..NMF,MASK 30?Its all driving me crazy...am i under trained supervision?shall i go for next session?...please help.
