Suggest Remedy For Sebatious Cysts

hello,

well i had a baby 11 1/2 months ago. i have been suffering with sabatious cyst ever since i delivered. i want to say i have had at least 10 in the last 11 1/2 months. every time one drains and heals a new one come's out. i am very clean, i don't know what to do. now i have on on the outer labia and it is as swollen as a walnut. first pus and blood drained from it, now it seem like an oil is draining from it. what can i do to be rid of these disgusting things : (
