I had a complex skin problems to start with i had seborrseborrhic dermatitis for last 15 year like very severe form with flakes and scales. Very recently i made my hair very short and using plain shampoo and tritop(muconozole +zinc) it was the awesome product even i tried coaltar and ciclopirox. Now after two months of treatment with this now again it started to fire. Can i need a permanent and best treatment for this. Secondly i was getting ance spots on my face and ends in scars i had course of the minocycline now presently i had started with benzyl peroxide and salicylates plz guide me out of this
