Suggest Remedy For Semen Leakage

Hai doctor, for the last 3,4 years I have this problem of seminal leakage during sleep. I m 21 yrs old. Since last year i had the habit of mansrtubating. During this one year this seminal leakages were hardly there. Now I have stopped mansrtubating for I didn t like myself doing all that. And now the seminal leakage problem started again. Its annoying me very much. Could you please find me a way to get rid of this problem ASAP.
