Suggest Remedy For Sense Of Tightening And Pain In The Head

i have painful head pressure that tightens up daily which started a year ago after i quit taking a syntheticprogestin, called aygeston. I also had a upper molar abcess and cyst removed. please advice the tigtness is still in the head making my head heavy when taing a walk. please advice on what to do, MRI?
