Suggest Remedy For Sensitivity Of Penis Skin

my penis skin tip has become sensitive and the vain at the same is protruding out than usual..initially i had itching and with in a day or two it happen..then after gradually my sexual interest also decreased..some time i feel pain during peak of erection..
I have only one partner that is my wife and i am very much maintaining hygiene.. only bad habit i have is smoking...please answer
