Suggest Remedy For Sensitivity To Light And Headache

Last wednesday evening i had a very bad migraine attack, i have had migraine before but not like this, i couldnt speak properly and had pins and needles in my hands and couldnt bear to see any light. i was burning hot and in coherant. i had another attack on the thursday and friday night. since then i have had pins and needles in my hands, feet and mouth! and generally feel un well, its been a week now since the first attack.
