Suggest Remedy For Severe Abdominal Pain

I have severe abdomianl pain. I have been to the emergency room twice about this. I have tried taking Prilosec, Carafate, Beano. The Beano helped the first several days but the pain didn't go away completely. My stomach hurts worse after I eat. I have had a CT Scan, UltraSound, and Endoscopy. Nothing can be found. I am in severe pain tonight what should I do?????
