Suggest Remedy For Severe Abdominal Pains In Pregnancy

im pregnant and have really bad abdominal pains. i suffer from gastritis. i cant take the pain at this point. i've gone to my local doctor and they have prescribed a series of different medication. nothing seems to work. I dont know what to do. I believe it may be an ulcer. please help me...........
