Suggest Remedy For Severe Acne On Cheeks

I have horrible acne but its mostly on my cheeks. I wash my face religiously but there are always at least 2-4 huge pimples and once they finally start to go away, a few new ones will pop up. I'm so frustrated, I've tried getting facials and I've been using an enzyme mask but nothing is helping! Also, I'm alergic to benzoyl peroxide.
