Suggest Remedy For Severe And Persistent Migraine

Hello Doctor, my mother is suffering from severe migraine pain for the last 5 years. All the medications given to her so far has been of no help. The pain stays for about 5-6 days. Please suggest some precautions. Also if this is because of hormonal changes or weather changes?
