Suggest Remedy For Severe Anxiety And Fogginess While On Synthroid 125mg

I had a thyroidectomy 2 weeks ago. I have had a horrible struggle mentally. not to mention I have a paralyzed vocal cord and shortness of breath. I was put on synthroid non generic 150 mcg. My brain fog and anxiety have been through the roof. I feel like I need to be in the stress center. I went back to my Dr. and he lowered my dose to 125 mcg. I have only taken this for 3 days now. I am still very foggy and anxiety. Is my dose to high? I can t even function feeling this way. So now my family Dr. has me on .5 mg of anxiety meds. It helps but I don t want to have to take one because of the other.
