Suggest Remedy For Severe Back Pain

Sir, four months back when I was trying to reposition myself in the bed due to back pain, I had severe pain followed by sweating. Fearing the same, I took ECG in the next morning which showed abnormal reading. When consulted Cardiologist, he conducted eco test which was normal. He advised to take ecosprin av75 tablets. Was the sweating due to heart related problem or sprain? How long should I continue this medicine? kindly advise me
