Suggest Remedy For Severe Bleeding In The Nose

my mother who is 86 years old and is taking warfarin for a heart problem,as recently had nosebleeds,one quite severe,she is also taking rimiprin and another medicine for blood pressure.should she continue to take the full 3mg of warfarin she is now taking,or should this dosage be adjusted,her inr at the last blood test was 2.5,wich we understand is an ideal reading....thanks
