Suggest Remedy For Severe Burning Pain In Stomach With Shortness Of Breath

Hi. I am having severe stomach pain and burning with shortness of breath,rapid heart beat, bloating.
The burning is also present on my chest, arms and shoulder and my blood circulation have been poor. Trouble sleeping as well because of rapid heart beat.
It's been 6 weeks since all this started.
Dr prescribed me with Tecta. Which helps a bit but I feel worse after eating.
Had blood work come clear only B12 abit low. Had Gastroscopy done and came up clear with no ulcer. Just waiting for results for tissue sample they took. Some does are ok but most are just miserable.
I am desperate please help
