Suggest Remedy For Severe Cervical Dysphasia After Hysterectomy

I had a hysterectomy in 1984 because of severe cervical dysphasia. Since then all my Pap smears have been normal. A year ago I started having abnormal paps and have had repeat paps every 3 months.... Think I have had 4 of them. My Dr told me they thought it was because I have alot of dryness. I took a monthly injection of estradiol and used vagifem 3 times a week. My dr changed all that. I now use an estradiol mist on my arm and Estrace vaginally. My last pap was normal and I had another one yesterday. Dr said if it was normal I could wait 6 months this time. I got a receipt when I left with diagnosis on it that said LGSIL. Everything I read so far doesn't mention having LGSIL after having hysterectomy. Anybody else have this problem??
