Suggest Remedy For Severe Chest Congestion And Cough In A Child

HI Doctor , Good Morning , My daughter ( Lavannya ) is 4.5 years old , presently she has bit of chest congestion and as a result she is not be able to eat properly . I haven been giving her cefodem & Advent / Advent forte syrup 7.5ml three times a day for about a week , this was suggested by her (Pediatrician) what do you suggest at present , at the same time she also have bit coughing but no continuously. I was also been told to give odimont LC syrup for the cough for about two weeks . Need your guidance urgently please . Regards , A Chaterji
