Suggest Remedy For Severe Chest Congestion

I m having chest congestion..already done with antibiotics course .....still feel heaviness in chest a bit ..when its too hot outside.also i hv developed pharangytis where in d boils irritate....i am doing hot salt water gargle thrice.what can be done about these boils?please help.
