Suggest Remedy For Severe Cramps And Gas Pain Post Banana Intake

Hi!I love bananas and haven't been able to eat one for the last 16 years, after I eat one I get like terrible pains, almost like Gas pains or cramping, I don't feel like this when I eat banana bread. Will I ever be able to eat a banana again? I loved them cut up in my cereal, I miss that.
