Suggest Remedy For Severe Dandruff

hi .. im 25 year old.. i have intense dandruff with large flakes all over the head for the past 10 years...

im losing the hair at faster rate... all my hair become so thin... i'm reallly worried... i tried all type of medicines ... no complete cure... i want to know the root cause of my dandruff... whether it could be cured completely or not and whom to contact for my problem in pune....
