Suggest Remedy For Severe Dizziness

Hello Doc, my wife has a problem of severe giddiness(dizziness) whole day and its been happening for the last 1+ year. sometimes its more and sometimes its less but its not going away. please suggest as i m very worried about her health. not sure, which kind of specialist to consult on that matter..
