Suggest Remedy For Severe Ear Pain After Using Otosprin Drops

I have a terrible ear ache. I went to the doctor and he gave me otosporin ear drops. I use it according 2 the doctors intructions which is axacly what the leaflet says but after using it my ear pains a lot and I can't hear at all with that ear. (Left ear). Well this pains seems to link with the pain I feel on the throat. The doctor said I have shingles. I am 34 years old.
