Suggest Remedy For Severe Groin Pain

I am a female, 61 y.o., 5'3", 110#, lifetime runner. Severe groin pain last 7 weeks, now tentatively diagnosed as "obturater nerve impingement" after xray and MRI ruled out fractures, MRI showed some mild bursitis in 4 bursae. Plan is for an EMG to confirm diagnosis, then a nerve block. Condition is fairly rare, esp in women. (Earlier misdiagnosis of ischeal burisitis; pain isn't at ischeal tuberosity.) Thoughts on acitivity level over next couple weeks?
