Suggest Remedy For Severe Hair Fall

Hi, I am 25 years old, and I am facing severe hair problem. I have been changing places quite often in last 10 years and so change in water, environment etc. Tried a lot of things but no body was able to figure out the real cause for the same and so never got the correct remedy. Please help.
