Suggest Remedy For Severe Hair Loss

Hi Dr. I ve a problem, i was noticed and my collegues in work that my skull on the center of my fore head has changes in shape and its form like a circle. I ve also a severe loss of hair. May i know what are the cause of my problem?i did not feel any pain on my head. Thanks for ur help! Josh
