Suggest Remedy For Severe Hairfall

hi doctor , i am 31 yr female with 2 kids. I am facing terrific hair fall and particularly my forehead hair line is receding badly.
i am prescribed cutimin forte , Frezcon tablets, and Tressgrow lotion for hair at bed time.
Can u please tell how beneficial are these medication and do they have any side effects .
Please HELP am worried.
