Suggest Remedy For Severe Hairfall

Hi sir, i am having severe, very severe, hairfall since 2 months, i delivered a baby boy 5 months back.....every time i comb i am losing a bunch of hair, two hands full, cant be measurable, hair became very thin, i am afraid to comb my hair. On the other hand i cannot be quiet without combing as if i wont comb, the lost hair will itch the scalp and i am not able to concentrate on anything first combing and removing the bunch of hair. i have no dandruff. please give me the reason and the solution for this problem.
