Suggest Remedy For Severe Headache And Blurred Vision

Hello I'm 22 yr old female i have been suffering from server headaches and minor nose bleeds also i have been experiencing some neck, ear, throat pains....I have been to the doctor several times they keep telling me its migraines however the pain is now so bad that my vision gets burly at its peak!!
