Suggest Remedy For Severe Headache And Neck Pain

I have had a severe headache and severe neck pain that has been unrelieve for 48 hours. My neck hurts so badly that lying with my head on a pillow strains it.I'm most worried because I got really sick tonight- I also have symptoms of a kidney infection- painful urination, back pain to touch, and I became suddenly very nauseous after eating dinner.I don't know if i should go to the hospital or if it can wait till tomorrow.
