Suggest Remedy For Severe Headache Due To Swelling In Gum

I have some I've had some type of infection my white blood count is high and I was put on antibiotics and it wasn't working and now I'm on a viral pill and I believe the infection is in my gums from a bad tooth I never got rid of the infection and it's all swollenty. right now I have a severe headache from my gums being swollen infected um I have hydrocodone/acetami should i take one for the pain and head ache
