Suggest Remedy For Severe Headache From A Mild Concussion

I got a mild concussion....It isn't getting better, I have a splitting headache. I fell and hit the top of my head on a brick wall. My doctor said not to sleep for a few hours but my head pain is getting worse. Should I just go to the emergency room at this point...?
