Suggest Remedy For Severe Headache, Stiff Neck And Joints With Dizziness

I have a severe headache, have had it since about 3 am. It has also brought on a stiff neck,vomiting and my joints are very achey. If I stand too long, I become severely dizzy and feel like i am going to pass out. I have a very low fever. I have taken some tylenol, but it has not helped.
