Suggest Remedy For Severe Headache With Eye Twiching

I have been having headaches that feel like the scalp is being lifted off of the crown of my head. My right eye twitches especially after up and down eye movements and the right side of my face often feels numb. I also smell bad odors that I believe are nonexistant. I've been taking topamax for migraines since last August when I tested positive for West Nile. Nothing seems to ease the headaches.
