Suggest Remedy For Severe Headache

i have had a headache for 1 week now. It hurts so bad that it feels like all the time i could get sick. I have tried tylenol and sleep and ice pack and heat pack on my head and more tylenol nothing has help. it also makes me cry beacsue it hurt so bad. what do you think i should so?
