Suggest Remedy For Severe Headache

37 weeks pregnant today, 5 foot 4 inches. 150 pounds, I woke up with a severe headache at 5 AM (5 hours ago) took tylenol drank water and ate some breakfast. I still have a really bad headache. The headache is centered around my right temple... should I call my doctor?
