Suggest Remedy For Severe Headaches With Numbness In Arms And Legs

I have had severe headaches for the past year, they are so bad I pass out. I get sick at my stomach, and my hands and arms have been going numb on and off for the past 4 months. What is wrong with me? I am a 27 year old white male, I am 5' 6" and weigh about 145lbs. I have lost 75 lbs in the past year. I have not even been trying to lose the weight either. I have bi-polar 1 disorder as well
