Suggest Remedy For Severe Headaches

My son has had a headche on the right side of his head for over a week. He also has body aches but nofever. They have done blood work and a urine test and a brain ct but the results won't be in until tomorrow. His headache subsided a little yesterday and we thought he was getting better but today he is sicker witha more intense level of pain. Will the ct scan rule out aneurysms? What tests should be done?
