Suggest Remedy For Severe Itching All Over The Body?

Hi, I am a 29 year old male who has been suffering from severe itching over the past few weeks. The worst of it occurs on my legs, inner thighs, calves and buttocks etc, however it seems to be spreading to other parts of the body. I have been treated for varoius suspected problems such as scabies but nothing seems to work. The itching is also accompanied by baldness on my legs, this however started a couple of years ago. The bald patches seem to be getting worse and the hair does not grow back. The bald patches are also itchy and have a few red dots around them. I am currently using some steriod cream and an anti inflamatory but does not seem to be helping at all! Please help! Thank you
