Suggest Remedy For Severe Lower Abdomen Pains And Black Tar At The End Of Periods

Hi I was sterilised 2 years ago since I have had severe lower abdomen pains to the point of being sick and barely walking now I am getting a black tar at the end of my period could you give me any idea what this may be I've had a smear and it has come back normal Thanks
