Suggest Remedy For Severe Lower Back Pain,bloating And Pain And Swelling Near Incision

Hi, am Belle, I had a surgery to remove my fibroid last week Monday and was given an injection on my lower spine. I have been having lower back ache seriously every night for like 4days now and my stomach is still bloated and that cut has closed but still swollen and hurts. Also my pelvic region hurts with my back but does stops at times.
Kindly tell me what to do.
I am 29 years old, weight 55kg and 5ft 6" tall. Am african and had the Fibriod for about 2 -1/2 - 3 years before the Monday surgery.
