Suggest Remedy For Severe Migraines And Blurring Of Right Optic Disc

I have had severe migraines for a year now with increased ICP and blurring of the right optic disc. All tests (MRI, CT, LP, and blood tests) are normal. I keep having muscle spasms in my temples that cause severe pain. I am taking 450mg of Lyrica, 60mg Cymbalta every day. My neurologist is stumped as are a group of neuros at my hospital. Any ideas what this may be?
