I'm 39 years old, I'm around 65 kgs, and 168 cm height. I'm having a sever neck pain recently, I think it's the nerves but it's affecting my whole body. what can I do to ease the pain?I have a very tough job which requires a lot of physical effort. I run around the premises for almost 8 hours.
