Suggest Remedy For Severe Nose Bleed And Headache

I just had a nose bleed yesterday and it was really bad I have nosebleeds sometimes but it has never been this bad before it wouldn't stop for almost 10 minutes and there was a very big amount of blood, after it stopped I felt light headed and shakey, today I have a little headache and feel like it is very hard for me to concentrate on things, what is wrong?
