Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain After Shoulder Fracture

4 months ago I fell and dilocated my shoulder, fractured my shoulder, partially tore tendons in my elbow and shoulder. I have nerve damage from just above my elbow down. I see a pain specialist and even with pain meds on board I am still in severe pain. Is this normal, does injuries like this cause fibramialga (excuse spelling)?
