Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain And Cramps In Upper Abdomen

Yesterday I had upper abdominal pain after eating the pain got really bad I did not sleep all night the next morning I was unable to stand up straight due to the pain and was not able to digest food. After taking 2 fiber pills I am now able to use the restroom and the pain went down although I am still getting minor cramps should I see a doctor?
