Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain And Sunburn

I have had such sever pain with a sun burn I have not even been able to sleep since Sunday night. I got the sunburn playing golf Sunday and I have tried cold cloths, tea rags, flour, alovera, and solarcaine. Is there anything I can do to get the pain to go away long enough to get some sleep.
