Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain And Swelling In Cheek Bone Post Injury

I was assaulted Friday after work and i went to the emergency room...they said i had multiple fractures in my cheek bone...its now Sunday and the swelling is getting more severe...i cant chew or even close my mouth...should i go to a different emergency room because im in severe pain
