Suggest Remedy For Severe Pain At The Back Of Head While Having Bell's Palsy

Dear doctor,

I have affected by bell's palsy .
I got the correct treatment and now i'm recovering from it.
But last two days i'm suffering from headace in the back of my head.it's some thing like ever hard headace i had before.
There is small different muslces fracture on my right sight neck .
Tell me some suggestion?
